Capital has the characteristics of expanding order. Based on this mechanism, we explore the encroachment evolution process of future office space in high-density urban environment as a metaphor. The space invasion of a startup is like the growth of mold. Through the mold experiment, three stages of spatial interpretation were completed. Finally, a high integration of entrepreneurship and urbanity is achieved. The site is located above the Futian High-speed Railway Station in Shenzhen, as the basis for high-density development, and the twin towers are used as space prototypes.

Construction Type
Type 1 Big - Mainly serving large companies built inside the tower to form different central space enclosures.
Type 2 Small - Mainly serving small companies built on the bridge, connecting each flexible unit space by traffic.
Type 3 Mix - Mainly to provide continuous construction strategies for small companies on the bridge, and to add urban public parts in conjunction with the supportive transportation system.
